Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist

Affidea SA, a leading healthcare company, seeks a talented Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our dynamic team.

As a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for :

Key Responsibilities :

• Financial Analysis :

Perform detailed analysis of revenue, cost, and performance data.

Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

• Reporting & Presentation :

Prepare regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).

Present data clearly for management reviews and strategic decisions.

• Budget & Forecasting :

Assist in budget planning and forecasting processes.

Analyse variances and provide actionable recommendations.

• Process Improvement:

Contribute to the development and optimisation of reporting and analysis processes.

Job requirement

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

• High level of perseverance, precision, and accuracy when working with numbers.

• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.

• Experience in preparing reports and presentations (Excel, Power BI is a plus).

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly.

• English is a must, French is very much welcome

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of ERP systems (Opale is an advantage but not mandatory).

• Experience in healthcare or an international environment.

• Familiarity with BI tools and automated reporting processes.
