Affidea SA, a leading healthcare company, seeks a talented Financial Planning Analyst to join our dynamic team.

As a Financial Planning Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Provide financial analysis and reporting support to the organization.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and actual financial statements.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy.
• Create ad hoc reports and perform data analysis using ERP systems.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for business modeling and financial analysis.
• Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators.
• Assist in financial planning, including budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Support the management in financial decision-making processes.
• Occasional travel within Switzerland for meetings and training.

Job requirement

• College degree or equivalent qualification in finance or related field.
• Proficiency in English, French, and German languages.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the medical/hospital/healthcare industry.
• Experience working in multinational environments, preferably with start-up exposure.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and ability to create ad hoc reports.
• Advanced Excel skills for business modeling and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and actual financial reporting.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
