Job description

Affidea SA, a leading healthcare company, seeks a talented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team.

As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage recruitment administration in partnership with team managers
  • Draw up advertisements in collaboration with team managers and publish them in coordination with the various advertising media (print, web, social networks).
  • Pre-select applications according to criteria defined in agreement with team managers.
  • Forward applications, inform candidates of the status of their application and schedule appointments.
  • Manage the candidate database and proactively seek out profiles of interest to the company
  • File personnel and candidate files in compliance with data protection laws
  • Report employee accidents and illnesses to the relevant insurance company
  • Draft various correspondence (certificates, transfers, appointments, etc.)
  • Participate in the preparation of personnel events
  • Classify and maintain personnel files, ensuring that all required employee documentation is collected and updated in accordance with legal requirements
  • Coordinate the organization of new arrivals
  • Participate in the implementation of HR projects

Job requirements

  • Commercial degree, ideally complemented by HR training
  • Excellent command of standard IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of spoken and written German, good knowledge of English. Knowledge of French an asset.
  • 2-3 years' HR administrative experience
